Check out this picture and see if you can find the 10 things wrong with
it... It might take a little bit, but eventually they'll jump out at you.
Trust me :)

My brother sent me this URL about a month ago. Scared the sh*t out of me. THEN I went and turned my speakers on, cuz this little baby talks too... lets out a blood curdling scream. How nice.

I too am looking to move, can you find something for me too?
Thanks ;o)

Oh man. I just made it past the first guy and nearly had a heart attack!!
What kind of place are you looking for?
Where do you live now?

I'm looking for at least a 2 bedroom. I live at Jane and Bloor now. Bloor West Village area.
I will live anywhere from Coxwell Ave to Mississauga. But I don't want to pay any more than $1200 inclusive. Since I'm a stay at home mommy our funds are tight. Right now we rent a whole house for almost $1500 per month.

That is a lot.
I'm looking through the U of T housing site right now because that's where my boyfriend, Dan, goes and he'll be living with us too. There's lots of good stuff there. We're looking for a 3 bedroom for no more than about $1500/month inclusive. Touring the first place tonight then about five more over the course of the next week. Hoping to be in by May 1st at the latest.

How long can you live there once Dan is not a student? or is it just student housing?

Nope, it's just regular apartments listed through the school. Most of them prefer if you're not really students which is dumb. I had to get a letter of employment today to show the landlord tonight.

that's something i never even thought of. i don't work so maybe a landlord might not want to rent to us. we've found so much discrimination in housing since we've had our daughter. no one wants to rent to a family with a baby. funny thing is she's so quiet. plus we have a dog too

It doesn't matter that you're not working I wouldn't think, just as long as you can prove that your husband earns enough money to pay the rent, that's all they're interested in.
Yeah, it is hard to find a place that will allow both small children and dogs.
I'm hoping to find a place for two students, one working (me) and a few fish. Shouldn't be a problem.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
I don't think Dundas and Spadina is a bad neighbourhood. Just summertime stinky like you'd thought!

It's not at the top of our list of choices, but I'm not ruling it out either. It's one of the less expensive places and I have a feeling I'll find out why tonight.
