Here's Dan & I before the Christmas party on Friday night. Julie took our picture once we were all ready to head out. We kept with the tradition of getting ready at her house, since the party is always on a Friday night. Expect to see repeat outfits in a couple of weeks for my company Christmas party too!

Yay, thanks! You can't really see the mods my mom did to it. I'll try hard to get a better front picture of myself at the next soire.

Also, both Dan & Julie told me how much I look like you with my hair long, dark and straight. Do you see it?

Our hair looks VERY similar when you straighten it and have it the darker colour! The length and actual style are remarkably similar as well as the colour!

It's hard to say! I've never really thought you and I looked alike. We sure didn't when we were growing up but maybe we're aging to look similar. The waitress at the truck stop thought we looked like sisters!

I can see where the similarities might be, but I couldn't just step back and say that I look like you for sure. That's probably the same thing you're seeing!

You're right though, I'd forgotten about that waitress thinking we were sisters too...hmm...maybe it's like how your mom is looking like grandma as she gets older.

Congrats on getting Dan to wear what looks like a suit and tie. My husband said he won't ever wear a tie again. I had to beg him to wear one to our wedding. He wanted to wear shorts! I also love your hair. Mine used to be long until I donated it. Your skirt is really pretty too. I was trying to see the whole pattern.

Thanks! Dan actually enjoys dressing up once in a while. He was really excited, because he is wearing his sport coat here and he loves that! :P

Thanks for the compliment on my hair too. It has taken me a long time to get it this long! I think mine is too fine to bother donating even though it's getting really long. I'll get you a better picture of the skirt when I wear it again in two weeks to my company Christmas party! :)
