A home made soap box kind of car we had. Really it wasn't too dangeroud either, we used to try pulling it around with our bikes.
Alternately, I'd say maybe stilts.

The car?
5) What one toy do you wish you had/have?
More games for my gameboy. Namely - The Sims. :)
