Hmm...
Combining "no problem" with "you're welcome" on the phone comes out "your problem". Note to self...choose one of the two in future!

Oh yeah...that's also a good one!
I'm also bad at saying "you're welcome" before they thank me...then I just come off sounding like the manners police when really I'm just trying to keep the flow of conversation going! ;)
